The Lady Pirates are looking to get back on track against an Aggie team that has won four of its last five. Hampton's defense has kept the team in games. The Lady Pirates have limited four opponents to 62 points or fewer and their aggressive play has forced 19.3 turnovers per contest.

Senior Camryn Hill leads the offense. The senior tied her career-high with 26 points at Drexel on Jan. 5. She continued her hot shooting by scoring 25 points at Delaware two days later. She has scored double-figures in nine of the team's first 12 games. Hill leads the team in 12 categories (scoring, FGM, FGA, FG%, 3FGM, 3 FGA, 3FG%, FTM, FTA, FT%, steals, and blocks) and is second in rebounds and assists.

The Aggies have had a stable line-up, as four players have started every game. D'Mya Tucker is averaging a team-best 12.4 ppg. Other double-figure scorers include Maleia Bracone (12.0 ppg) and Jordyn Dorsey (11.7).

Men's Basketball

The Pirates are coming off a 73-61 loss to the Tribe of William & Mary. Coach Edward Joyner Jr.'s squad was able to hold one of the CAA's best three-point shooting teams to 26%. HU struggled in the second half to score from the field hitting 7-22. With the Tribe grabbing 17 offensive rebounds, William & Mary was able to create 17 second chance points. Kyrese Mullen produced a game-high 22 points and was one rebound shy of a double-double. Mullen's 22 points was just three shy of a career-high. Jordan Nesbitt also had a solid performance with a season-high 15 points and nine rebounds.

Throughout the season Mullen's has been a force on both sides of the court. The Norfolk, Va. native, leads the conference in total rebounds (146) and rebounds per game this season (9.7). Mullen also is averaging a team-high 15.5 points per game, which is eighth in the CAA. After experiencing a slump from beyond the arc, Hampton has started to find their rhythm. Since the start of the Pirate's three-game home stretch, they have shot 40 percent from three.

North Carolina A&T enters Monday night's contest with a 3-13 overall record and 1-2 in the CAA. The Aggies started out conference play with a 76-62 win over Campbell at home. Since then A&T has dropped two straight contests. The Aggies are coached by Monte Ross who enters his first season with the program. Prior to North Carolina A&T, Coach Ross had spent 10 seasons at Delaware.

A&T has one of the best offensive weapons in the country in guard Landon Glasper. The Fayetteville, Ark. native, is averaging just shy of 20 points per contest. In the Aggies' recent matchup against Drexel, Glasper produced a game-high 21 points on 7-16 shooting from the field. The sophomore has scored 20 or more points on seven separate occasions this season.
