Student-Athlete Affairs/Life Skills Program
The Student-Athlete Affairs/Life Skills Program at HU will support the intellectual development and enhance the quality of the student-athlete’s experience within the University setting. The program is committed to academic excellence, athletic excellence, personal development and career development. Annually, student-athletes will be nominated to attend the NCAA Leadership Conference to enhance student-athlete leadership on campus.
Office of Career Development
The Hampton University Career Center focuses on assisting students as they plan and develop their career path. Students-athletes are encouraged to explore options through the use of various services offered and activities sponsored such as Career Day, Graduate School Day, Career Development Task Force, and various career development workshops and seminars planned throughout the academic year. Â
