Saw action in only two games for the Pirates…was part of a Pirates offensive line that helped the team average 196.0 rushing yards per game…helped an offensive line that averaged 412.0 yards per game.

All-conference selection at running back at Smithfield High School…led the conference in yards per carry…ran for 1,069 yards and 13 touchdowns as a senior…team MVP…also competed in track and field were he qualified for nationals.
