• VaSID First Team All-State Indoor – Throws
• Earned CAA High Honors recognition (3.7 - 3.99 GPA) in the Spring 2025

• Participated in eight meets including the NCAA East Regionals
• Earned All-Conference honors in the shot put at the CAA Championships coming in second with a toss of 15.30m (50-2.5) which is a personal best
• Had top four finishes in all seven meets she participated in. Solmon won the Division I Pre-Nationals (14.98m/49-1.75) and the HBCU Showcase (14.95m/49-0.75)

• Participated in seven meets – finishing in the top four in all and won two

• Finished second in the discus at the Aggie Invitational with a season best toss of 48.96m (160-7)
• Threw a season best 13.56m (44-6) in the shot put at Raleigh Relays

• Participated in six meets
• Took fifth in the shot put at CAA Championships in season best 13.81m (45-3.75)
• Won Division III Pre-Nationals in shot put with toss of 13.46m (44-2)

• Best shotput in high school was 15.86m and discus 46.65m
