VOLLEYBALL HEADS TO GREENSBORO FOR TOURNEY

The Hampton University volleyball team will participate in its third tournament of the 2016 season starting Friday night when they participate in the Spartan-Aggie Invitational in Greensboro, NC.

In Friday night's match, they'll take on Mid-Eastern Athletic Conference Southern Division foe North Carolina A&T State at 7 pm.   On Saturday, they'll face Radford University at 11 am at North Carolina A&T, while they'll end the day at UNC Greensboro taking on the Spartans at 7 pm.

The matchup with A&T will be the first for Hampton since 2010 when Hampton scored a 3-0 win.   Radford took the last meeting with Hampton in 2014 with a 3-2 win at the James Madison University Invitational.   UNCG defeated Hampton 3-0 in the last meeting at the 2015 Liberty Invitational.

What's Next
Hampton will close out its pre-MEAC schedule next weekend in Fairfax as they participate in the George Mason Invitational talking on Loyola (MD), Bryant and George Mason.
