Hampton will head to Towson on Thursday to face the Tigers at 6 p.m. and then follow to Philadelphia to tangle with the Drexel Dragons on Sunday at 1 p.m.

The Pirates head into the first weekend of league play on a roll having not lost in their last four matches (3-0-1) and coming off a pair of 3-1 wins last week defeating Virginia State on September 10 and South Carolina State on September 14. Hampton (5-3-1) has set a school record for wins heading into CAA action topping the previous mark of three in 2017 and 2024.

Towson (2-2-3) has not been defeated in its last three meetings with one win and two ties. In the month of September, they tied UMBC (1-1), defeated George Washington (2-0) and tied Bucknell (1-1).

WADE FROM WAY DOWNTOWN - BANG
With apologies to NBA 3-point calls from Keith Olbermann and Mike Breen, Hampton's Makayla Wade would like to throw her foot into those talks. Sophie Thibeault is next with a team-best three goals and one assist for seven points, while Malin Bernt schops and Riley Matthews have two goals and two assists each for six points. In the net, Teagan Gardner has started every match and has two clean sheets to go with a .645 save percentage and a 1.57 goals against average.
