HAMPTON, Va. – Hampton closed out its last Big South Conference home series after falling 11-1 against Gardner-Webb on a sunny Sunday afternoon.
The Runnin' Bulldogs scored in all but two innings, including three in the seventh to seal the win. Hampton scratched a run across the plate in the bottom of the fourth to get on the board.
Morgan Crawford had a career high of three hits as she finished 3-for-4 on the day.

Daniella Milloy had hits for the Lady Pirates.
Hampton will close its season on the road as they travel to Charlottesville to take on the Cavaliers of the University of Virginia in a double-header on Tuesday April 30 at 4 pm.
