Athletics Graphic Request Form
The purpose of the form is to help the process of creating graphics for Hampton athletics social media accounts. The information will directly be sent to the creative team so the request can be completed. Please provide as much information as you can in the responses of this form. The more information provided will help all parties involved.
All social media posts will be published as submitted, as we no longer acquire approval before posting. The information you provide in the form will be posted as is. If you share inspiration with us, it will be used solely as a reference.
